A Spanish Odyssey reflects this trip full of adventures in which, as also happened to Ulysses in his particular odyssey, we will have to overcome obstacles and challenges, such as pronunciation, one of the biggest challenges for adult students or the intricacies of a foreign grammar.

Spanish Immersion
Take the plunge, set yourself into motion and come to Spain to learn in a real context. We’ll have private morning lessons and related activities in the evening. We will visit the highlights of the city, enjoy the regional gastronomy, get to know the singular traditions, visit the local markets, learn how to cook traditional dishes and always mingling with locals and having a good time.

At A Spanish Odyssey we offer you a revolutionary way to learn a new language based on a combination of one on one Skype lessons and tailored immersion programs in Spain (Barcelona, Granada o Málaga, other destinations coming soon..).
We don’t offer a stiff frozen language learning package as many others do. We offer personalized one on one Skype lessons and small group immersion programs in Spain (1 to 5 students max) This means that together (student and teacher) we build up your learning experience according to your personal interests.

Marta is an absolutely fantastic teacher. Always well prepared and each lesson is interesting and fun, but importantly they are individually targeted at my weaknesses. Her knowledge of languages (she speaks 4 or 5 plus has higher degrees in linguistics) and grammar is encyclopaedic. Classes are relaxed but we seem to cover a lot: grammar, speaking, pronounciation, writing and listening. Marta is an exceptionally good teacher and I highly recommend her.
